Saturday saw me heading up the A37 to Ston Easton Park for the wedding of Caroline and Ed. With Caroline being a photographer herself I’ll admit to feeling a certain amount of pressure to do an excellent job of covering her day, but I have to say that they were an fantastic couple to work with and Caroline was happy to let me do my thing!
I started my coverage as usual with Caroline and the final preparations and with everyone being at the one location I was able to pop in and photograph Ed getting ready too. The couple had done an amazing job with all the little details and the ceremony room looked fabulous with lots and lots of candles and petals all around.
We were incredibly fortunate with the weather on Saturday and managed to time our portrait session with some amazing light as the sun started to set across the fields. I love this time of year with it’s golden light and colourful trees and I was very pleased with the pictures I managed to take.
Soon it was time for everyone to head indoors and be seated before enjoying some great speeches and a delicious meal!
