Becca & Ed’s Wedding – Ston Easton Park

What a gorgeous day Saturday day was! I’ve been missing the sunshine at weddings for a while now so it was great to have such lovely weather for Becca & Ed’s on Saturday. As usual I started with the girls, who were getting ready in the Gardener’s Cottage at Ston Easton Park. With a beautiful dress and three pairs of very high designer shoes to photograph, I knew the day was going to be a good one! Becca’s sister’s Laura and Clemmie were bridesmaids and they had the most amazing Alice Temperley dresses that had a very 1920′s feel to them.

Next I headed into Bath to meet up with Ed and the guys at the church. Ed isn’t keen on having his picture taken, but he humoured me and let me get a couple of him alone and with best man Hippo before the ceremony. Things started a little later than planned as Becca was delayed getting to church – you wouldn’t believe the number of buttons on her dress and each one seemed to take about 5 minutes to do up!

After the service everyone headed outside for congratulations and confetti and then it was back to Ston Easton for the reception. Becca, Ed and I snuck off for some portraits as soon as we arrived, so that they got to maximize their time with their guests. The beautiful weather meant that everyone could enjoy drinks and canapes outside in the sunshine, before it was time to head into the marquee for speeches and the wedding breakfast.

Becca & Ed’s full gallery will go online after 19th October, once they’ve been into the studio to see their images first. In the meantime here are some images from their day:
