Dawn & Stuart’s Wedding at St. Audries Park

My first wedding of 2009 took place on Saturday at St. Audries Park in Somerset. With everyone getting ready at the house it was easy for me to cover both Dawn and Stuart’s preparations – which is always something I like to do if logistics allow it!

The weather couldn’t seem to make up it’s mind what to do. It started off lovely and sunny and then, just before the bridesmaids were due to arrive at church the heavens literally opened and it bucketed it down. But five or so minutes later – when Dawn arrived – it was bright blue skies again! The sunshine continued allowing us to get outside for some lovely portraits of the two of them, but I also made use of the features of the house for some of their images too.

Suppliers: Dress: One & Only, Swansea; Florist: Gilded Lily

Dawn and Stuart’s full gallery will go online in a few weeks time, once they return from honeymoon and have had a chance to come in and view their images first. But in the meantime here as some images from their day:

*** UPDATE *** Dawn & Stuart’s wedding gallery is now online and can be viewed here.

Office Closed

Just a quick message to let you know that the office will be closed from tomorrow Friday 9th January 2009 and will re-open on Monday 19th January 2009. I should still have some access to emails during this time and will try to respond as quickly as possible, but all phone calls will be returned after the office re-opens on the 19th.

If you are interested in booking me for your 2009 or 2010 wedding and would like to come in for a chat and view some albums, please do still get in touch (by email is best) and I’ll try to schedule an appointment for after I return.

Dawn & Stuart’s Pre-Wedding Portrait Session

Just after Christmas I met up with Dawn & Stuart at Ashton Court Mansion in Bristol for their pre-wedding portrait session. It’s a brave couple who can face a portrait shoot days after the Christmas eating festivities but these guys didn’t have anything to worry about as they looked great!

Here are a few of my favourites from the session:
