I will be exhibiting at the Royal Bath & West Show from 30th May to 2nd June 2007. During the show I will be running a competition with FOUR free portrait sessions up for grabs (one for each day of the show!). Come and visit the stand on Village Green Avenue. I will also be exhibiting at the Dorset Show on 1st & 2nd September 2007 and will most likely be running a competition there too. Check back for details closer to the time.

On Friday I was lucky enough to attend a seminar by two of the best wedding photographer’s in the world – Yervant from Australia and Joe Buissink from the US. Yervant and Joe’s styles couldn’t be more different from each other but both are equally amazing and inspiring to me.

Yervant’s images are all about capturing the fun element of the wedding day and to achieve this he often engineers situations or poses to get the most from his couples. On the other hand Joe’s images tell of the romance and emotion of the day and he does this without intruding or arranging people or events. It is for this reason that he has been chosen to photograph many Hollywood weddings including those of Jennifer Lopez, Christina Applegate and Christina Aguilera.

Last week I met with Gaby & Matt for the first time and we did their pre-wedding shoot at beautiful Ston Easton Park – where they are getting married in August. The shoot was a bit rushed but I still managed to get some good photos of the two of them together and they were a really lovely couple to work with. I’m really looking forward to photographing them on their wedding day!
